This Cookie Notice explains how the Get Up and Move website and downloadable application use cookies, local storage and similar technologies.

The Get Up and Move website and downloadable application may use strictly necessary cookies, local storage and similar technologies to:

- operate the email and download request form;
- deliver the requested download;
- remember settings and choices within the downloadable application, such as reminder preferences; and
- support the technical operation and delivery of the website and application.

3. Authentication providers
When you enter your email address to request the Get Up and Move download, the website uses an email and download-delivery service to process your request and send the download link.
The email address you provide for this purpose will be used to deliver the requested download. It will not automatically be added to our marketing mailing list.
You will only receive marketing emails from us if you separately choose to subscribe by selecting the optional marketing consent box.
The services used to operate the form and deliver the email may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, fraud prevention and reliable delivery. We do not currently use non-essential analytics cookies. We may use basic technical information that is necessary to maintain the security, performance and reliability of the website and downloadable application.
If we introduce analytics or use cookies for a new purpose in the future, we will update this Notice and provide appropriate information and choices before any non-essential cookies are activated.
6. Retention
Some cookies and similar technologies last only for the duration of your visit and are deleted when you close your browser. Others may remain for a limited period where this is necessary to remember a setting, maintain security or provide a requested function.
Settings stored locally by the Get Up and Move application may remain on your device until you change or clear those settings, remove the stored data or uninstall the application.
